Coverage & Compatibility

Can you guarantee this will work for me?

No. Because it relies on cellular networks, performance can vary based on tower distance, terrain, congestion, or where the router sits in your RV. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund on the router, and a coverage check form before you buy.

Will this work where I travel?

In most places RVers go, yes. Use our coverage check form to confirm.

Does it work while driving?

Yes.

Does it need a clear sky like Starlink?

No. It works through trees and roofs.

I’m near an airport and my internet isn’t working well, but my router shows a strong signal. What’s going on?

Airports are some of the noisiest wireless environments in the country. Radar systems, navigation equipment, and thousands of devices all compete for the same airspace. Your router may show full bars because the tower’s signal is strong, but the quality is being wrecked by interference and congestion. The result is slow or unstable speeds even though the signal looks good.

If you're parked near an airport, you’re basically sitting next to a giant radio factory. Move even a half-mile away and the connection usually clears up fast.

Membership Plan

Is the membership really unlimited?

Can I pause the membership?

Router & Antenna

Can I use the router without the antenna?

Yes.

Does the router come with a SIM card?

No, unless purchased with the membership... then we will insert the SIM into the router before shipping.

Can I use my own router?

Yes, but we only support our hardware, and can't guarantee our service will work on your router.

Can I use my own sim card and service?

Yes.

Troubleshooting

5G light on top is red.

Unplug power, wait 10 seconds, plug back in. Wait a few minutes. If the light turns blue, you’re online. Sometimes the router just needs to be restarted.

5G light on front is orange.

That means weak signal, but you can still have very fast speeds. Do a speed test to be sure.

Phone says “Connected, Not Secure."

That’s because it defaults to WPA2. You can switch to WPA3 in the router settings, but older devices may have issues.
