Router & Antenna Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Products must be in working condition and include all original parts, cables, and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee if the item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

Membership Plan Terms

• The $69/month internet membership is billed automatically every 30 days.

• Membership charges are non-refundable, including the first month of service and any partial months.

• Billing begins at the time of purchase.

• Canceling your membership will deactivate your internet access promptly. Reactivation may require a new SIM or activation fee.
