Recurring Memberships
This product includes a recurring monthly charge for internet service. By completing your purchase, you authorize DeMartini RV Wireless to charge your payment method automatically at the price, frequency, and dates shown at checkout until your subscription is canceled.

Billing Policy

• Service renews automatically each month.

• If a payment fails, our system will retry for 7 days.

• After 7 days without successful payment, your internet service will be canceled, and your SIM card may not be eligible for reactivation.

• All membership charges are non-refundable, including partial months.

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your membership anytime through your customer portal or by emailing wireless@demartini.com.

• Service access may end promptly after cancellation.

• We cannot guarantee continued internet access for the remainder of your billing period once a cancellation request is submitted.

• Reactivation after cancellation may require a new SIM card or activation fee.

Physical Products (Routers & Antennas)

• Physical products are covered under our 30-day return policy.

• Hardware purchases are one-time transactions and are not eligible for cancellation once shipped.

• Returns must include all original parts and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
