Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders ship via ground service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) from California. Typical delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.
We currently ship within the United States only.

Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all router, SIM card, and antenna orders unless otherwise stated. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email wireless@demartini.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Preorders or Backorders
If an item is on backorder, the estimated shipping date will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.
